Bati Banana Rum Liqueur is aged for 2 years in white oak barrels, resulting in a beautifully clear rum.The hand-cut sugar cane is distilled into run and filtered through coconut shell carbon to fully capture the taste of Fiji. After being matured in oak vats for 2 years, the result is an outstanding rum flavour with a satisfying banana undertone & finish. The Fijian Islands are renowned for their pure water, nourishing the sugar cane growing in rich, volcanic soil at the base of the Sleeping Giant Mountain.
